Terms & Conditions

This text briefly introduces visitors to your main services.

  • Komodo Sailing Trip starts from Labuan Bajo. 
  • Seat will only secured upon receiving down payment of min. 50% from total quotation.
  • Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the trip date. Down payment cannot be returned (non-refundable).
  • Reschedule is only applicable 1 (one) month before the trip date. 
  • Refund is only applicable if the trip cancelled or prohibited by the Harbourmaster due to weather condition and/or if there is other force majeur event occurs and the operator cannot be sued in this situation.
  • Operator reserves all rights to change the destination depending on the weather for the safety of all aspects; in this case refund is not available. 
  • Sharing/Open Trip participants should have arrived in Labuan Bajo before the previously informed trip departure time and should take return flights after 1:30pm. Should there is any flight delays which caused the participants to arrive late, any cost related in order to catch the boat will be bourned by the participants.
  • Participants should not have any medical conditions that endangers him/herself and/or other participants. 
  • Participants are responsible to their own belongings.
  • Operator is not responsible of negligence made by participants who experience injury or death.
  • Participants are considered to understand and agree to all provisions above once booking and down payment has been made
